Preface:
This type of publishing, through blogger, is not the method I would advise or use for the promotion of ideas or the marketing of the craft. For that reason, I have chosen to use blogger in the face of more potent content management systems and marketing tools.
It is the writers most sincere hope that change and moral empowerment are actualized through this work and for that purpose, it will not be written in an impoverished tone devoid of meaning, as symbols begin to replace words, it is all the more important to arm the readers of this interactive tool, book, blog, call it what it is as it forms, with the ability to have content of value.
Over the last two years, I have been able to say very little about my life, I can cite that as an expert in marketing, this approach is wrong for creating a major interest in the craft, however, it is perfect as a place to share the lessons I am just now learning.
Of course I cannot and will not speak as to any ritual specifically related to masonry or the secrets that lay within the veil, however, I will focus on the journey that it has allowed me to see.
With the closing of the American Mind, Bloom made a number of points similar to Putnam, however, these points have been made by Plato, Aristotle, Rand and countless others. This is then simply a set of glasses, written in the manner that a book is, with the ability to be a tool and platform.
At times it makes sense for the author, Nick Prieve, to rely on personal context as nothing is possible without it, however, once again there is a clear divide and frankly a disclaimer that I do not pretend to represent the craft as it is neither possible or useful for the purposes here.
Instead, small synergies will occur here and I will give the light of context through a daily examination of masonic virtue.
In sum, whatever this becomes, it is for the good of freemasonry that I write and with an intent to reflect, not project that I create. Anything gleaned beyond this is matter of personal unsubstantiated knowledge or the assumption of it.
To put it simply, for the first time in some time, it makes sense to write not to a market, but for the purpose of creation. If I fall to some tangent dear reader or someday port this to one of my servers and get carried away, remind me that this was a creation designed to inspire people to see, hear and understand as they are capable.
In summary, I appreciate your understanding of my disclaimer and hope to learn from each other in this vast pile of servers. To truth and to light.
